Company Rules & Policy
Here are a few policies and procedures that we follow in our organisation. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following:
1) We have a strict no-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. However, you are permitted to consume alcohol in our vehicles on the proviso that you pay a £30 cleaning valet fee in the event of any beverage spillages.
2) If a guest vomits or throws up in one of our vehicles, you will be charged an extra £30 for a cleaning valet.
3) We hope that when utilising our vehicle and services, you will respect our driver and be considerate of those who are providing you with services.
4) If any of our passengers damage our property, the costs of the damage to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the passengers who caused the damage – this is not our company’s duty.
5) The company has no responsibility for any delays resulting from rerouted journeys that are beyond our control. For example, those resulting from inclement weather, detours, or accidents.
6) Regardless matter how the loss or damage occurs, the firm assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to any item or luggage carried in our vehicles.
7) In the event of an emergency or extreme weather, the company reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
8) The organisation has a booking time policy, which states that you must be present at the time for which you have reserved our services.
9) On airport bookings we usually monitor the flights; we do not charge you any extra in the case where your flight has been delayed. However, we give our customers 30 minutes after the flight has landed to be present for the pick-up. After these 30 minutes, we charge £10 for every 30-minute wait after this.
10) The company requires an upfront, non-refundable deposit of 20% of your booking fee. The rest of the fee is expected to be paid by you on arrival, on the set day which you are using our services.
